In 2002 I came to Fremont, NE to work the process of securing local support, building and commissioning Natura Mfg, Inc. into a world-class, high-profile manufacturer of super premium pet foods. Carol Fenske of Premier Staffing was one of the first local business people I met. At that time Carol was the Office Manager of another staffing agency in Fremont. Almost immediately we developed a strong and enduring business relationship. Carol and her staff assisted in hiring our first employees and remained engaged with us for the following ten years. A few months ago we found ourselves needing to fill an office assistant position and it was once again brought up to use yet another staffing agency. Having tried several agencies in the past that went nowhere fast, I really did not want to deal with it but I just didn’t have the time to go through the advertising, interviewing and hiring process so I reluctantly Googled “Staffing Agencies” in my surrounding area. Over the years I have dealt with several other staffing agencies around the country and Premier Staffing is by far the very best I have had the opportunity to work with. What really impresses me is how well Premier Staffing finds the right person to fit the job. Just a quick note on the professionalism that I have enjoyed working with Carol and her staff. Wash bay positions are not easy to fill but when we lose a wash bay person Carol is quick to send a new employee to fill our needs. For the most part Premier sends us quality people but working in conditions that range from 90 to 100 degrees makes people think about if this is truly the job for them. As I said, not an easy job to fill and keep employees in but I can always depend on Carol to keep sending us quality people as quickly as I request them.
