Front Desk Receptionist – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Daily tasks would include picking up mail/sorting/delivering to staff, posting mail, deposits to bank, greet clients, answering phones and assisting clients with request. Candidate would also order office products, tax forms, update postage meter and cross train with billing. Individual would also have monthly duties and tax season duties and other miscellaneous office duties as needed.
