| Job Information | Grinder/Finishers – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Thursday – 4:30 am to 3:00 pm Responsibilities include: • Grind parting lines and excess metal from casting surfaces • Handle stationary grinders and/or hand tools The position as Grinder has two tiers of expertise, with the ability to move into higher positions within this department. Requirements
Entry level qualifications: • Basic Math Skills • Experience in a related field • Must have the ability to lift to 100 lbs. (individuals are encouraged to seek assistance when lifting over 50 lbs.) • Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in an unsupervised manner • High School diploma or its equivalent • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English • Must be reliable and work well with others Position requires Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
