Administrative Assistant – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30pm


  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones and handling routine correspondence.
  • Assist Maintenance department with parts, work orders, purchase orders and other daily duties.
  • Utilize maintenance program to create and monitor new asset work schedules, parts inventory and work request/orders.
  • Responsible for back up duties for Controller
  • Responsible for back up duties for Accounts Payables.
  • Responsible for back up duties for Traffic and Exports.
  • Organize, print, maintain and track product labels.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager and responsible for back up duties for the HR Manager.
  • Assist Supervisors as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Individual must have strong organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft NAV accounting software, attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, problem solving skills, strong communication skills and excellent attendance.
