Carol Fenske is Owner/President of Premier Staffing. Premier Staffing is Fremont’s Only Locally Owned and Operated Staffing Service. Premier Staffing opened in October of 2011 – However, Carol is not at all new to the business. Carol has over 20 years experience in the staffing arena. She spent 13 years as Manager for another staffing service prior to fulfilling her dream and opening Premier in 2011. Carol manages the operational activities for the company. Carol is active in the Community and the Chamber where she serves on the Fremont Area Chamber Board of Directors has been a Fremont Area Chamber Diplomat for 25 years, and has also been on the John C. Fremont Days Board of Directors for 20 years.
Dick Giesen is Owner/Vice President of Premier Staffing. His career spans over nearly 50 years in the Human Resources field including 20 years in the corporate world and 29 years self-employment in the Human Resource Consulting and Staffing industry.
Dick has served on numerous business and community boards throughout his career. He manages the administrative activities for Premier Staffing.
Dawn has been involved in the staffing employment arena in Fremont for 12 years. She has been employed as Office Manager with Premier Staffing since its inception in September of 2011.
Staffing is the career that is definitely Dawn’s passion. Dawn is an active member of the Fremont Community and spends her free time enjoying her family and watching Nebraska Football.
She attended Linden Elementary School and graduated from Archbishop Bergan. Dawn married Scott over 28 years ago and they have raised two wonderful children.
Amy joined Premier Staffing in February of 2016 as Account Manager. Prior to joining Premier Amy was Human Resource Coordinator for 4 years with Amesbury Truth formerly known as Overland Products. She has a passion for working with people and helping them to succeed. She loves to spend time outdoors with family and friends and is a Huge Husker Fan. Amy is a graduate of North Bend Central High School. She is married to Michael and together they have 5 wonderful children. She is excited to be part of the Premier Staffing Team and looks forward to helping people find that perfect job.
Amy manages the accounting and payroll department for Premier Staffing and has since its inception in September of 2011. She has a degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Along with her accounting background, she has 10 years of experience in the staffing industry and feels proud to be a part of Premier Staffing’s success. She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 25 years. Together they have a son, and a daughter, both in college.
