Handyman  – 15-30 hours a week – hours will vary

Candidate MUST have valid drivers license and High School Diploma or Equivalent. Individual must be able to work unsupervised,  perform job duties both in and outdoor, follow oral and written instructions and have the ability to prioritize his/her duties. Daily inspections of building interior/exteriors.  Grounds keeping duties: light landscaping duties, sweeping, salting walks, raking leaves, butting grass, moving snow as needed.  Changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, blinds and other light maintenance work.
Cleaning restrooms, vacant rooms, dining area, emptying trash, dusting, moping and many other miscellaneous duties and needed.

Individual must have their own tools.
