Custodian – Temp to Hire – Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and weekends and evenings as needed

Candidate will maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, focusing on routine cleaning and specialized maintenance tasks.

Duties:

● Perform general custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.

● Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and stripping to ensure a high-quality appearance and the safety of flooring surfaces.

● Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

● Carry out residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of facilities.

● Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces regularly.

● Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to uphold facility standards.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are maintained according to established schedules and protocols. Skills

● Experience in residential painting is a plus.
