Job Information

Administrative Assistant – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 4:00pm or 6:30am-3:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain files for work orders and PO’s for maintenance department.
  • Order maintenance parts for production equipment.
  • Utilize maintenance program to create and monitor new asset work schedules, parts inventory and work request/orders.
  • Responsible for back up duties for Export Manager
  • Responsible for back up duties for Accounts Payables.
  • Assist Senior Maintenance Manager

Individual must have excellent attendance, strong attention to detail, strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational sills and accurate data entry skills. Bilingual preferred but not required.

High School Diploma is required
