Skid Load Operator/General Laborer – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 5:00 pm or Noon to 10:00 pm – overtime required as well as weekends

Load operator will be responsible for sing a front end loader to fill two hoppers of grounds hay to keep pellet operations running.  Operators will maintain inventory levels for eah hopper according to company policies and procedures as well as ensuring that proper documentation is maintained.

• Operate a loader to transport ground alfalfa
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Monitor loading conditions of equipment
• Ensure that proper paperwork is completed prior to starting work
• Follow safety procedures when operating trucks
• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding safe working practices
• Other duties outlined by supervisor

Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, self motivated, have mechanical skills, perform repetitive motions while lifting objects, have excellent time management, able to work in the outdoors year round and a farm background is plus.
