Child Care Director – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm

Individual would be responsible for the development, implementation, management and evaluation of complete child care services.  Duties would include providing leadership, hiring, scheduling, training and supervising all daycare workers, provide training for staff,  ordering supplies for daycare, use food reimbursement program’s through the state, assist with developing/monitoring budget, maintaining records, creating reports, addressing all parental concerns, conducting annual training for staff, coverage (including nights/weekends), complete CDL training.  Other Duties would include planning and organizing meetings, attend conferences, workshops, building coverage special events and other duties as assigned.  Individual must have knowledge of budgeting, fundraising, public speaking, supervising and CPR/AED training must be maintained. Ability to fulfill all of the licensing requirements of the State of Nebraska.
