Receptionist/Office Assistant –  Temp to Hire – Monday- Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

the Receptionist/Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting customers and vendors, answering phones, scheduling repair appointments, and handling multiple paperwork and bookkeeping tasks in the office.


  • Be the primary person on answering phone calls.
  • Be the primary person on greeting and helping customers, and all who come in.
  • Monitor status of repairs in-progress to be able to communicate intelligently with customers.
  • Add to and maintain the schedule of repair work.
  • Communications with insurance companies regarding estimates, supplements, finals, and repair work that is in-progress.
  • Learn and complete payroll tasks.
  • Learn and complete payable and receivable tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean organized workplace.

Looking for an individual who is personally organized and motivated, and can assist in all of the functions of a small business automotive repair office. Prefer some experience with computerized bookkeeping and accounting practices, including MS Excel.
