Body  Shop Technician – Temp to Hire – Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Commission Based 50k – 100k

Individual will perform collision repairs to all makes and models of vehicles.  Candidate will perform tear down on vehicle, repair dents/straighten metal, filler repair, frame pulling, welding panels, prime repairs, sanding/blocking, install new parts, aluminum repair, aligning sheet metal and reassembling. Position requires Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Repair Technician –  Temp to Hire – Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

looking for individuals who are personally organized and motivated, and can handle all of the functions of a small collision repair shop. Will train the right individual. Prefer some experience with collision repair equipment, tools, and procedures. Individuals must have their own hand tools and body repair tools or be willing to purchase them as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Able to read and understand collision repair estimates and work orders.
• Able to create parts order lists, and assist in the ordering of parts and supplies.
• Check in received parts and supplies to assure correctness.
• Assist in the scheduling and flow of repair work.
• Assist office personnel in communications with insurance companies regarding estimates, supplements, finals, and repair work that is in-progress.
• Assist in accurate estimating of collision damage.
• Fully handle organized disassembly of repair jobs.
• Fully handle sheet metal repair, frame repair, welding, dent repair, glass replacement.
• Fully handle prepping, priming/sealing, and refinishing procedures.
• Insure quality of all repair and refinish work.
• Maintain a clean organized workplace.

Diesel Mechanic – Temp to Hire – Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will be responsible for providing a skill level of diesel pick-up trucks, semi and semi tractor-trailer preventative maintenance and repairs such as oil changes, battery services, and tire installations in a shop setting. May work independently or in a team environment.  Candidate must have their own basic hand tools.

SUMMARY: Maintains diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; keeping records with guidance and some direction

• Perform inspection, diagnosis and repair of assigned vehicles and equipment with supervision and/or direction of level A and B Technicians.
• Conduct safety checks on trucks.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
• Contains costs by using warranty, evaluating service and parts options.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications.
• Occasionally may perform service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established procedures.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit/stand for most of his/her job duties.

There will be a great deal of standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting and reaching for some of his/her job duties. Must be able to lift up to 105 lbs periodically including over the head lifting and reaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Required Skills:

• 2 year associates degree in diesel mechanics or extensive experience in forklift maintenance preferred or current student in a 2 year diesel mechanics program preferred. Willing to train internal candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 105 lbs periodically
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to understand, read and write in English.
• Computer skills to help order parts
• Ability to maintain good work attendance.
• Positive, self-motivated, can do attitude, and requires very little supervision.

Preferred skills:

• Diesel mechanic experience
• Forklift mechanical experience a plus, though not required.
• Experience working in manufacturing setting
• OSHA/Safety knowledge

Irrigation Electrical Technician–  Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm, possible Saturday – hours will vary with seasons

Individual would repair structural items on pivots, mechanical maintenance and pull in and back up trailers.  Previous electrical trouble shooting experience and CDL is a plus. Candidate must be able to work outside in the elements.

Oil Change/Lube Technician – Temp to Hire position – Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and every other Saturday 7am to Noon

Individual would perform oil changes, lube on autos in service department, rotate tires and check/fill all necessary fluids.  Candidate MUST have valid Drivers License with clean driving record.  Previous oil change or auto mechanics experience are a MUST.
