Temporary Receptionist – Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Candidate would be answering phones, greeting walk in customers, purchasing office supplies, preparing mail for shipping, sort/distribute incoming packages, fill mass mailers, manage web based calendars, process payments, data entry and other miscellaneous office duties. Individual must be comfortable with various technologies and willing to learn CRM tool with provided training.
