Inventory Control Specialist – Temp to Hire – Monday through Friday 6:30am – 5:30pm (flexible hours)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain our warehouse workflows. You will be responsible for the accurate tracking of all inventory transactions, logging incoming/outgoing products, work order processing, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately execute transactions to support daily production and inventory operations, product details, and shipment logs into the company’s inventory management software.
- Work closely with production supervisors, warehouse staff, and finance team
- Communicate data discrepancies clearly and assist with investigation and resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, inventory control, or a related administrative skills
- Exceptional typing accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff and management
- Able to work independently and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills in order to maintain multiple customer inventories within the inventory management system
